Arms: Alternating Dumbbell Curls
Traps: Barbell Power Shrugs
Glutes: Barbell Squats
Shoulders: Barbell Overhead Press
Chest: Barbell Bench Press
Abs: Dumbbell Power Ups
By targeting these areas with these specific exercises, you can expect to add size and muscularity that will be visible even if you are wearing clothes.
