Don’t Be Scared to Eat Fats

Honestly, I eat healthy fats with almost every meal. Things like avocado, extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, whole eggs, almond butter… even adding some fats to my rice meals to help slow digestion and keep me fuller longer.
Not everything has to be ultra low-fat to get in shape.The goal is building meals that keep your energy stable, digestion good, and hunger under control.
Healthy fats can help with all of that when they’re used the right way.
