Ok team we are starting off week 2 of my Fierce 2.0 workout program with a POWERFUL LEAN LEGS workout. It’s day 8 and this session combines lower body strength exercises with powerful, plyometric cardio bursts for maximum intensity. Remember to listen to your body and do YOUR best.
