Today, @Graham Tuttle teaches Mark Bell some exercises and movements he uses that he thinks will help Mark with his transition to running. Mark Bell is a retired powerlifter who has squatted 1000 pounds, bench pressed over 500, and deadlifted 800. He’s now on his journey to becoming a more versed athlete and person in general by dipping his toes in areas like running and mobility work.
