Ladder training! In this session, we are focusing on both Strength & Cardio Stamina (weight loss) combo. Unlike most of my training where you’ll get 10-15 seconds of rest/transition in between each exercise, in this routine you’ll have a few “rest” but almost “no rest” overall in each exercise.
