In the first section, I compare the difference between the binding agents (what holds the bread together) and whether or not you actually need a binding agent at all.

Differences between xanthan gum, gelatine, guar gum, psyllium husk powder, chia seeds and using no xanthan gum at all.

I then go on to show you the different types of flours you can use when making low carb bread (keto bread) with all sorts of different types of flours.

The flours I used to make keto bread were almond meal (flour), coconut flour, flaxseed meal, hemp flour, and sesame seed flour.
