Today’s Super Shred Workout combines STRENGTH SUPERSETS and CARDIO BURSTS for one seriously sweaty TOTAL BODY workout. Using heavy dumbbells we will power through each strength superset and then follow up with a quick and intense burst of cardio using light weights or just our body weight. Get ready to build lean muscle, endurance and push out of that comfort zone!!! Follow along and do YOUR best!
