1. Walking Lunge: 4 sets, 10-15 reps each leg
2. Broad Jump + Squat Jump: 4 sets, 10-15 reps
3. Split Squat: 4 sets, 10-15 reps each leg
4. Reverse Hack Squat: 4 sets, 10-15 reps
5. Romanian Deadlift Variation on Reverse Hack Squat: 4 sets, 10-15 reps
6. Broad Jump: 4 sets, 10-15 reps

Broad Jump
1. As always, land lightly and explode up
2. Your legs don’t need to be in a full toe- touch position. Try to make sure you legs go outside of your hips on the jump squat and land back in the narrow stance for the broad jump
3. Take your time, “load” the muscle and explode up
4. The load is more important than the speed
5. To increase the intensity, you can add weight to each hand AND/ OR complete multiple star jumps before completing the next broad jump

Reverse Hack Squat Romanian Deadlift
1. Go to where YOU feel the stretch. For me, that’s almost at the bottom of the machine which isn’t necessary if you aren’t as flexible and feel the stretch sooner.
2. For this variation let the glutes pull in as you come up to the top of the motion
3. Don’t let your legs straighten especially if you have issues with strains behind the knee
4. Keep your back flat even when pulling the glutes towards the pad
5. You can change the foot placement for subtle differences in the stretch
6. Hinge at the hips

Split Squat
1. Start with body weight if balance or flexibility are an issue
2. Wear proper shoes that will aid in your balance (flat)
3. Get a good stretch that burns but don’t push too far until you are comfortable with this range of motion
4. You don’t need a lot of weight. For me, body weight is harder than any weight I could lift for a lot of movements I complete
5. DO NOT take breaks in between legs (push yourself here)
