Treat each circle as practice, not punishment. Keep ranges pain-free and smooth, imagine drawing perfect circles with each joint, and breathe evenly so the fascia relaxes instead of bracing. Shoulders stay low while arms move; hips rotate without shifting the torso; ankles roll with control rather than collapsing through the arches.
