Is this 6 month fat loss transformation real, or just really good AI?

In this video, we break down the numbers behind a claimed body transformation from 105kg to 75kg, or 231 pounds down to 165 pounds, while going from 30% body fat to 10% body fat.

That means roughly 53 pounds of fat lost in 6 months, requiring about a 1,000 calorie per day deficit on average.

But the real lesson is this: fat loss alone doesn’t create an impressive transformation. Muscle does.

If you want to lose fat without losing your physique, you need to lift hard, prioritize protein, and create a calorie deficit you can actually sustain.

Anybody can diet themselves smaller. Muscle is what makes the transformation worth looking at.
