STRIDE is a 3-day-per-week strength program designed to support cardio-based training and active lifestyles.

Whether you’re training for a race or like to mix in your own cardio workouts, STRIDE helps you build strength that improves how your body moves, without overwhelming your schedule. No over-training. No burnout.

This is intentional, functional training that fits around your cardio, not against it. It’s the exact training split I followed while training for my very first half marathon and I’m so excited to share it with you!
