April 22, 2026Single-Arm Cable Rear Delt Fly (Cross-Body)
Set the cable slightly above shoulder height.
Drop the shoulder first and keep it down the entire rep.
Slight reach forward…
then pull down and across your body.
No shrugging.
No twisting.
No turning it into a row.
Just drive through the rear delt.
Control it both ways.
