Increased Blood Flow To The Pelvis (Pelvic Congestion Syndrome)

March 25, 2026 Off By FitnessTips

Pelvic congestion syndrome causes chronic pain in your pelvis. It happens when there’s blood flow problems in your pelvic and ovarian veins. Blood may start to build up inside the veins. When this happens, the veins in your pelvis can enlarge and change shape, like varicose veins. Exercises that increase blood flow to the pelvic area include Kegels, bridge pose, pelvic tilts, deep squats. These movements enhance circulation, strengthen the pelvic floor, and reduce congestion by engaging the core and lower body muscles. #kegelworkout #kegelexercise #pelvicfloor
