After decades in powerlifting, building businesses, raising a family, and exploring everything from longevity to movement to mindset, I’ve started to realize something simple and uncomfortable: the more you learn, the less certain you become.

Strength isn’t just about what you lift.
It’s about what you’re preparing yourself for.

In this conversation, I reflect on how my view of strength has changed over time, why I stepped away from only talking about powerlifting, and why I’m now more interested in the question “strong for what?” than “how much do you bench?”
