This Matters MORE Than Strength
July 23, 2025When it comes to understanding strength, especially as you get older and look towards longevity, you have to realize its importance. The stronger we get, the older we get; the better quality of life that can be experienced.
Strength is usually reserved for the bottom of the strength pyramid, but we should look at this pyramid as a tree instead. Why? Because there is a root system that, when compromised, can undercut every bit of strength that you have.
Those roots come in the form of stability, flexibility, and mobility. By removing or hindering one of these “roots” can expose how strong you really are. Realized strength is the name of the game here as when one of the roots is removed or compromised, you will get a better understanding of strong you really are.
Don’t neglect these very important components of the root system of the strength tree and you’ll be stronger than you ever thought you could be.
