Can you keep it up for 18 minutes? We’re doing 5, 10, and 20 reps every minute, on the minute. 5 rounds total. 18 minutes of movement.

Workout Format:
5 reps → 10 reps → 20 reps
Repeat that for 5 rounds
⏱ Total time: 18 minutes

Whether you’re outdoors or at home, this session will push your limits and level up your focus and endurance.
