May 28, 2025Can you keep it up for 18 minutes? We’re doing 5, 10, and 20 reps every minute, on the minute. 5 rounds total. 18 minutes of movement.
Workout Format:
5 reps → 10 reps → 20 reps
Repeat that for 5 rounds
