Day 18 of the M21. You’ve pushed hard for 17 days. Stacking reps showing up and breaking limits. I see you getting strong warrior!

So today we shift the focus. Instead of high reps across the board, we’re dialing into resistance work. Use dumbbells if available but bodyweight works just as well
