I hope you found this video helpful. These are the 4 main things I’d focus on to start losing 4-8 pounds per month until I got back to my ideal healthy bodyweight range. Losing weight isn’t a walk in the park, but many dieters overcomplicate this with extreme strategies only to crash and burn later. My mentality towards this is: fast weight loss isn’t worth it in the short-term if you gain it all back anyway. That’s why I think a steady 4-8 pound monthly target is a really sensible and sustainable weight loss goal for most people. A plant-based diet was a huge part of my personal journey and it’s what I recommend to this day (now 10 years on), but I also feel a lot of the insights I share here are applicable across the diet spectrum. So I hope this video helps you out. As always, you can get more plant-based diet and sustainable weight loss tips in my other videos here on the ‘Fit with Ryan Adams’ channel.
