Welcome to today’s CHEST & BACK STRENGTH Workout! It’s day three of my Fierce 3.0 program and we are hitting the supersets today. Alternating two exercises at a time, getting in those push and pull movements plus with four sets of each we are going to be challenged both physically and mentally. The repetitive sets are an effective way to help you build strength and muscular endurance so stay in the zone, stay in control and let’s get it done!!
