The intensity is going to be high in today’s HIIT CARDIO and ABS Workout! It’s day 13 of Fierce 2.0 and we will be starting with a killer HIIT cardio circuit 30s of work + 30s of rest so give it your all during each work period. Then we will wrap it up with an ab finisher to continue building on that core strength. It’s going to get sweaty my friends. No equipment needed so just clear some space and do your best!
