DAY 10: Arm Toning & Strength // FIERCE 2.0
October 11, 2022It’s day 10 of Fierce 2.0 and we have an Arm STRENGTH AND TONING workout to do today. Remember to choose dumbbells that are challenging for YOU. You should be able to perform all of these upper body exercises with proper form and the last few reps should definitely feel challenging. For this workout I recommend you try starting heavier and decreasing weight if you feel your form start to falter. Listen to your body and do YOUR best.
